These guys were recommended to me from another service center and I am so happy they did. I worked with both Steve and Nate for the repair of a water pump , and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Its nice to know these guys are around for good honest and quality work!

Solid experience with Nate. Communication was clear and at no time I felt he was overselling. His advice was clear and with options for different budget levels that allowed me to make the best decision for my situation. Definitively will come back.

We walked in, and said we didn’t have any idea what was wrong with the car. Nate & Chris immediately walked outside to take a look. They were up front an honest about the problem with the car. The parts were ordered and fixed quickly. I would highly recommend bring your car here!!

I have used them a handful of times for several cars, and they always give an honest assessment and fair quote to get the work done. It's the only shop I've ever used where I didn't worry I was being taken advantage of.

Honest, and hard working people here. Everythig I have had done here has been done at a very reasonable and fair prioe. So glad Steve has opened this much needed establishment in Hickory Flat. He resolved a problem I had mechanics looking at for about 2 years. It simply took a littl time and effort on his part to research. Something no other mechanic did...including my Honda dealer. I highly recommend Hickory Flat Automotive as I am a customer for life.
