Steve has impressed us as he has assisted us multiple times with both minor and major issues. He is honest and went above and beyond. He handled a situation for us that could have been a tremendous blow to our wallet. We will be back for anything we need for our cars!

Steve at Hickory Flat Automotive is absolutely AMAZING! The company is HONEST. I needed a lot of work done to my maxima and if it wasn’t for Steve I don’t know what I would have done. Steve has done a lot of work to my car and when I drop it off it’s always ready the next day. I don’t have to wait forever and he keeps me informed on what is going on with my car. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Steve for everything!

I am so grateful I stopped and gave Steve and his team a chance to repair the ac system on my GMC acadia. He did a fabulous job and was less expensive than a lot of other places I got a quote from. I believe I have found "MY Mechanic". That is such a good thing to be able to trust a shop.
